Trauma-Informed Therapy

True healing begins the moment you pause, listen to yourself, and allow space for change. Individual sessions are designed to help you explore your inner world.

Supporting you through your journey of transformation and discovery

Trauma lives not only in the mind, but in the body—shaping the way we respond to stress, relationships, and the world around us. My approach integrates trauma-informed somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, and holistic coaching to support deep healing at the mind-body level. Together, we work to uncover and gently release stored survival patterns, unresolved emotional wounds, and embodied stress responses. This process goes beyond insight alone, helping you restore safety within your body, reconnect with yourself, and create lasting transformation from the inside out.

Who is trauma-informed therapy for?

Trauma-informed therapy is for anyone who has experienced difficult, overwhelming, or painful life experiences and wants a deeper understanding of how those experiences may continue to impact their emotions, relationships, thoughts, and sense of self. You do not have to identify with having “trauma” to benefit from a trauma-informed approach. This type of therapy recognizes that our experiences shape the way we respond to the world and provides a compassionate, supportive space to heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself.

Common reasons people seek trauma-informed therapy:

  • Healing from past trauma, abuse, or difficult life experiences

  • Understanding the impact of childhood experiences and attachment wounds

  • Managing anxiety, stress, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed

  • Working through patterns that no longer feel helpful or supportive

  • Improving relationships, boundaries, and self-trust

  • Processing grief, loss, or major life transitions

  • Reconnecting with yourself after periods of feeling disconnected or stuck

  • Learning tools for emotional regulation and nervous system balance

Trauma-informed therapy honors your unique story and focuses on creating safety, understanding, and empowerment as you move toward healing and meaningful change. You are not defined by what has happened to you; therapy can help you understand your experiences, build resilience, and create a more connected relationship with yourself and your life.

What to expect:

Our first session together will most likely be a time to gather information about you and anything you feel is important from the past to the present. As we continue to meet, we will build a rapport and trust with one another to allow the space to be a place for healing.
